Founding families

If you received your lullaby free through a founding code, there's nothing to refund — but the rewrite promise below still applies in full. Write to us and we'll make it right.

The guarantee, in plain terms

1. We'll rewrite it. Tell us what didn't land and we'll create a new version for you, free — as many times as it reasonably takes to get it right.
2. If it still isn't right, we'll refund you. If a rewrite still doesn't move you, we'll refund your purchase in full.

How to request

Email hello@driftlullabies.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email on your account and a sentence about what didn't feel right. We'll respond within 2–3 business days and process any approved refund to your original payment method (refunds usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank).

The small print

• Because each lullaby is made just for you, we handle requests individually and generously — the goal is that you're happy, not that we win an argument.
• Refunds apply to the price you paid us. A gift can be refunded to the person who purchased it.
